What you'll do

• support governance, entity management, policies, and compliance
• advise on employee benefit plans and ERISA compliance
• provide guidance on international operations and cross-border transactions
• support contract management and commercial agreements
• advise executives and business stakeholders
• and manage outside counsel relationships.
