What you'll do

• Communicate with assigned clients about new business setup, applications, renewals, and marketing
• apply knowledge of coverage terms
• work with brokers to meet client service expectations
• maintain accurate agency-management-system data
• process quotes, policy changes, endorsements, proposals, coverage binding, certificates, invoices, premium financing, policy delivery, and final audits
• resolve billing issues
• process cancellations
• escalate client issues
• participate in relevant practice groups and training
• maintain continuing education and work toward a designation such as CISR or equivalent.
