The Vice President of Manufacturing Operations role is onsite in Sparks, NV, with compensation of $200,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations across facilities and oversee safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and throughput
• develop manufacturing leaders
• translate growth plans into staffing, equipment, and budgets
• manage capacity planning and schedule attainment with Supply Chain
• implement operating routines, metrics, and ERP processes
• improve work-order tracking, equipment reliability, and production data
• oversee equipment installations and facility expansions
• lead Lean continuous improvement
• support new-product introduction and manufacturing readiness
• manage operating budgets and capital expenditures
• and travel as needed to customers, suppliers, vendors, and future facilities.
