What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned project activities and workflows
• manage RFI and submittal processes and status updates
• support purchasing, cost tracking, cost coding, and invoice review
• maintain submittal and construction schedules
• update project documentation and distribute drawing revisions
• monitor subcontractor contract, insurance, and safety documentation
• attend meetings and distribute minutes
• conduct site visits and document progress
• track deficiency logs and punch lists
• assist with closeout packages and monthly project reviews.
