The Shift Manager role is onsite in Mendota, CA, with a stated pay range of $21–$23.10 per hour. The manager works under the Restaurant Manager and helps maintain restaurant service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The role exists to lead shift operations and support restaurant performance. Responsibilities include directing team members, managing costs and inventory according to level, maintaining records, and training and developing staff.

What you'll do

• Oversee shifts and direct team members
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, customer service, safety, and security standards
• manage cash handling and shift transitions
• complete reports and administrative tasks
• train team members when requested
• perform inventory, food ordering, staffing, and cost-control duties according to shift-manager level
• coordinate equipment maintenance and support team development.

Why this role
