What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls
• apply fish-quality knowledge and proper cutting techniques
• maintain consistent cuts, portions, and plating
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines for raw fish and seafood
• prepare ingredients, rice, and sauces
• keep the sushi station clean and organized
• monitor seafood and produce inventory for freshness
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
• offer recommendations and an interactive experience to guests when appropriate.

Why this role
