What you'll do

• Perform unit make-readies and intermediate repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting
• assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep
• perform janitorial and general property maintenance
• participate in move-in and move-out inspections
• complete preventative maintenance
• assist with pool water management if applicable
• support inventory management
• respond to periodic after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
