Job overview

The Production Packer role is onsite in Cary, NC, with pay of $14.00–$15.00 per hour. The listed hours are 2 a.m.–10 a.m. on varied days, Monday through Sunday. The role supports La Farm Bakery’s bakery product packing and customer fulfillment. The packer prepares bread and bakery products for accurate fulfillment while protecting product quality and minimizing breakage. The role also supports customer service, product knowledge, sanitation, and readiness for the next shift.

What you'll do

• Pack breads and bakery products to maintain quality, prevent breakage, and ensure accurate invoice picking.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to support sales, suggestive selling, sampling, pairing, merchandising, and product presentation.
• Provide customer service, report customer complaints and inquiries to a manager the same day, confirm product quality before packing, support the next shift, and follow safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Requires the ability to bend, lift 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
