What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day field operations
• manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
• plan and coordinate project milestones
• conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead sessions
• coordinate inspections, turnover, and owner-facing meetings
• resolve field issues
• maintain client relationships and represent Sevan onsite.
