Team Leader

Job overview

The Team Leader role is onsite in Moorpark, CA. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
• model guest service and teamwork
• assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• maintain food quality, service speed, and cleanliness standards
• coach and train team members
• help resolve guest concerns
• monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• communicate with managers and team members.
