• Lead daily shift execution across Outlet, Salvage, and Distribution/Warehouse functions
• audit operational standards
• coordinate with Transportation on trailer readiness and movement
• conduct checklists and coach quality improvements
• enforce PPE and safe work practices
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and schedule coverage
• track performance and communicate issues to leadership.
