This full-cycle sales role exists to win large, complex enterprise accounts and support ShipMonk’s growth. The consultant develops and qualifies opportunities, manages multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation through signature, presents solutions, negotiates service agreements, and positions the company’s fulfillment platform against customer operational needs.

What you'll do

• Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement
• generate and qualify opportunities through outreach, networking, and account-based strategy
• build a pipeline of target accounts
• develop relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
• present solutions addressing operational challenges
• negotiate service agreements and close new business
• maintain expertise in services, pricing, and competitive positioning.
