What you'll do

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams on reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for program status and product schedules
• gather business reporting needs
• deliver training, documentation, and support to Program Managers
• establish periodic documentation reviews
• expand the PDT Playbook
• capture PMO feedback and implement process improvements and AI integration opportunities
• define roles and expectations and the PDT Wallboard Pre-Stage Gate 2 process
• leverage AI-enabled tools.
