* Provide assistance with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating, while supporting emotional and spiritual needs. * Record vital statistics, blood glucose levels, and other basic health information. * Assist with patient transfers and ambulation. * Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare.
