What you'll do

• Code and process accounts payable invoices and verify documentation and approvals
• reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• route invoices for approval and follow up on unapproved invoices
• enter data into the accounting program and scan images
• review and process expense reports
• prepare daily funds requests and weekly check runs
• maintain vendor files and payment terms
• analyze early-payment discounts
• complete month-end AP close and accruals
• manage AP aging and support periodic close, reconciliations, reports, and tax forms.
