Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor

The Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor role is onsite in Nevada, MO, with compensation of $22.48 per hour. The supervisor supports individuals receiving behavioral health services in residential or community-based programs at Compass Health Network. The role oversees daily site operations and supervises, trains, and supports Behavioral Health Technicians to help ensure client care meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. It also coordinates staffing, documentation, and communication between clinical teams and front-line staff, and provides direct client support when needed.

What you'll do

• Manage staff schedules and coverage
• oversee residential or community living site operations, including emergency support or fill-in as needed
• supervise, train, and support technicians
• oversee medication handling, logging, and storage as applicable
• maintain a safe and clean environment and conduct safety drills and inspections
• coordinate consumer orientation
• review documentation and timekeeping
• support hiring
• connect clinical teams and front-line staff
• provide direct client support, including crisis response, transportation, or daily living assistance when needed
• complete documentation and participate in audits, meetings, and training.

Why this role
