What you'll do

• Communicate with pay sources and clients about billing
• correspond with Employee Assistance Programs, insurance payers, and clients about claims and payments
• respond to emails within 24–48 hours
• maintain insurance and client payment records
• report outstanding balances, claims, and EAP service/unit compliance
• oversee revenue cycle activities
• assist with insurance benefit verification
• establish billing procedures
• manage outstanding debt collections and third-party collector correspondence
• submit Medicaid and managed care billing rosters
• assist with credentialing when time and approval permit.
