Community Maintenance Technician

The Community Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Columbia, TN. Pay is $19–$24 per hour. The technician helps preserve community appearance and resident safety by completing repairs, maintaining infrastructure, and addressing maintenance needs across community-owned assets. The role combines practical trade work with resident service and maintenance documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform residential property and manufactured-home repairs
• troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete basic carpentry repairs
• maintain grounds where needed
• respond to maintenance needs
• document maintenance forms and follow company procedures
• interact professionally with residents, prospects, peers, management, and ownership
• operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.
