The installer helps bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life by installing advertisements and maintaining billboard structures and their appearance. The work is performed primarily outdoors, often as part of an installation crew, and includes working at heights.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain billboards
• remove and hang flexes and vinyls
• prepare advertising materials
• maintain structures and sign faces
• build and install extensions
• perform minor electrical repairs and storm-damage repairs
• use power and manual tools
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• document completed installations with photos
• attend safety meetings as required.
