Experienced Automotive Technician

The Experienced Automotive Technician role is onsite in Staten Island, NY; compensation is $45–$60 per flat-rate hour plus applicable overtime. The technician supports All Tire & Service’s high-volume, six-bay repair shop, which services approximately 850 vehicles monthly. The role diagnoses and repairs complex vehicle concerns and provides technical support to less-experienced technicians. It helps maintain shop workflow while servicing domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• resolve challenging vehicle issues to maintain workflow
• mentor less-experienced technicians and provide technical support
• collaborate with service advisors and management
• use shop technology including Tire Shop/Freedom SMS, Steer CRM, and AutoOps.
