The Command Center Operator — Overnight role is onsite in Alexandria, VA. Pay is $32.85 per hour. The operator supports day-to-day security operations for a high-profile customer by coordinating scheduling, communications, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Review and execute temporary and last-minute work orders
• monitor and respond to calls, alarms, and operational communications
• liaise between field personnel, supervisors, and management
• document routine and unusual events
• guide security personnel during routine and emergency situations
• maintain confidentiality
• handle complaints and critical-event information
• and support portfolio scheduling, timekeeping, uniform orders, and compliance-code entry.
