What you'll do

• Lead and support the kitchen team
• coach and train cooks, dishwashers, and other back-of-house staff
• help build schedules and monitor labor needs
• oversee food preparation and workflow
• maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• assist with inventory, ordering, food waste, and cost control
• enforce food-safety procedures
• inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• maintain kitchen records.
