The Cook role is onsite in Brevard, NC, with pay of $12–$18 per hour. The cook joins Kingsbridge House’s culinary team to prepare meals for residents. The role helps support residents’ well-being by preparing nutritious, appealing meals that follow menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences, while contributing to safe and orderly kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary requirements
• serve meals on time with attention to quality, portions, and presentation
• maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and safely store and handle supplies
• assist with inventory tracking and report shortages
• accommodate special dietary requests and preferences
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff and assist with training new staff as needed.
