Cook – Action Station

Job overview

The Cook – Action Station role is onsite in Mescalero, NM. Compensation is $15.50 per hour. The position serves food and beverage outlets at Inn of the Mountain Gods and reports to a lead or sous chef. The cook prepares food and salads for an assigned station according to recipes and station guidelines, while maintaining food quality, sanitation, and stock rotation. What you'll do

• Prepare food items according to prep lists and recipes
