What you'll do

• Respond to employee incidents and service requests
• manage and document service desk tickets
• troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, access, printing, and connectivity
• configure and deploy Windows and macOS devices
• support Microsoft 365 and distribution-center technology
• assist with onboarding and offboarding
• perform first-level network diagnosis
• maintain asset records and support documentation
• escalate security concerns and operational issues.
