What you'll do

• Assist with safe and effective nursing care in the operating room
• Assist with direct patient care and observation
• Scrub and assist the surgeon
• Perform surgical room turnover
• Collect and record clinical data
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse in clinical decision making
• Demonstrate technical skills for surgical technician role
• Prepare operative suite for surgery
• Maintain surgical asepsis
• Prepare procedure room for use.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Experience

One year experience in an operating room setting
