What you'll do

• Maintain and support franchise relationships
• monitor franchise performance and progress toward service-level agreements
• inspect job sites, vehicles, offices, and storage facilities

• train technicians and monitor required certifications
• mediate disputes among insureds, insurers, and contractors
• lead daily or weekly meetings
• monitor ongoing jobs
• assist technicians in the field when needed
• support local marketing
• review estimates, dispatch assignments, and respond to email.
