What you'll do

• Lead UI, API, and data workstreams
• define reference architectures and standards for boundaries, error handling, testing, observability, and security
• guide SQL and data architecture decisions
• create reusable templates, accelerators, and quality gates, including LLM/RAG modules and evaluation scaffolding
• partner with data teams using Databricks or Snowflake where relevant
• operationalize CI/CD and containerization standards
• coach engineers
• work with leadership and clients to quantify impact and adoption.
