Guest Service Agent — Guest Experience Host

The Guest Service Agent role is onsite at Salt Cottages in Bar Harbor, ME, with pay of $18–$23 per hour. The host helps guests have a smooth and memorable stay from arrival through departure. The work combines front-desk tasks with active property support, guest requests, seasonal activities, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and check them in and out using the property management system
• answer phones, emails, and guest questions
• share information about the property and local activities
• deliver requested amenities
• respond to guest concerns
• maintain evening campfires and host seasonal activities
• assist with food and beverage service at Picnic and breakfast operations during busy periods
• keep guest-facing areas clean and organized
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• complete daily opening, closing, and operational checklists.
