What you'll do

• Consult with faculty and parents about students’ social-emotional and developmental needs
• facilitate programs and provide classroom, individual, and small-group guidance
• develop individualized learning plans with school leaders and families
• manage yearly ERB testing and review results
• administer screeners
• conduct assessments and recommend interventions
• report on student progress
• organize parent education
• coordinate tutor and therapist schedules
• supervise learning specialists.
