What you'll do

• Clear used tableware and reset tables to fine-dining standards
• stock and arrange service stations
• greet guests and offer or replenish bread, butter, and beverages
• transport soiled serviceware to stewarding
• assist colleagues and support dining operations
• perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager.
