What you'll do

• Float between front-office and back-office medical assistant operations as assigned
• support receptionist and medical assistant duties
• follow standard work procedures and resolve patient issues
• monitor patient schedules to improve access and reduce errors and delays
• oversee check-in and check-out functions, including collections and deposits
• support compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Why this role
