What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance work for Ideal Market stores and other listed entities
• coordinate building inspections and provide reports to management
• evaluate requests, set priorities, and assign work
• direct daily department operations and employees
• respond to repair needs and coordinate vendors when needed
• estimate work-order costs
• order tools and supplies under management direction
• maintain inventory and records
• report maintenance issues and status weekly
• track warranties
• maintain equipment and repair contacts
• review service invoices and completed work
• prepare preventive maintenance plans
• address emergency store issues through on-call responsibilities, with schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
