What you'll do

• Execute store plans, daily operations, promotions, and special events
• support review of store financials and sales goals
• operate registers and store systems
• handle cash and daily opening and closing activities
• maintain inventory and store organization
• support shipping and receiving, visual merchandising, and course-material activities
• supervise, train, coach, onboard, and schedule team members
• assist customers and resolve escalated issues
• communicate with campus partners and facilitate campus events.
