Teen Support Specialist — Weekends Required

The Teen Support Specialist works onsite in Layton, UT, with a starting wage of $17 per hour. Friends of Switchpoint’s 24/7 Teen Living Center supports homeless teens ages 16–18. This role provides direct care and a safe, welcoming community for teens as they navigate challenges and work toward their goals. The specialist supports daily routines and life skills, documents activities and concerns, and helps maintain a safe, organized home.

What you'll do

• Listen and respond appropriately to teens’ needs
• assist with meals, homework, and chores
• provide life-skills support
• maintain daily logs and timely documentation
• communicate concerns to management
• participate in meetings, shift reports, and training
• conduct bag and room checks
• maintain the home and update maintenance logs.
