What you'll do

• Track store performance against goals and budget, including sales, cost of goods sold, labor, leadership, and repair and maintenance metrics
• prepare labor schedules
• review and approve invoices
• conduct one-on-one meetings with assistant general managers and shift leaders
• attend regional calls, monthly profit-and-loss reviews, quarterly meetings, and budget reviews
• drive sales through local marketing
• develop the team
• maintain facilities
• control costs
• manage staffing
• and work to maintain an average 4.5-star rating on review platforms.
