What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, and training
• support the general manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the general manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, and scheduling
• support financial forecasting and food and labor cost goals
• maintain guest-service standards
• coach and develop service managers and employees.
