Floating Leasing Associate

The Floating Leasing Associate role is onsite across Tarragon Property Services’ South Region communities, with the listing based in Sumner, WA. The schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; pay is $23–$25 per hour. Tarragon manages properties it owns. The associate welcomes prospective residents, explains community policies, showcases amenities, and supports current and prospective residents. The role helps connect people with apartments while contributing to a positive residential community experience.
