The TIG Welder (2nd Shift) is an onsite role based in Jamesville, NY. Compensation is $27-$30 per hour, and this position supports the production of investment castings for the aerospace and industrial markets. This role exists to perform Gas Tungsten Arc welding (GTAW) on investment castings to ensure they meet customer specifications. The welder will evaluate castings, perform weld preparation, and maintain equipment to contribute to the company's high-quality manufacturing standards.

What you'll do

• Perform GTAW welding for rework, repair, and cosmetic upgrades.
• Evaluate castings for weld technique.
• Use die and belt grinders for weld preparation.
• Operate and maintain welding machines.
• Document weld locations and dimensions.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in lean improvement initiatives.
