What you'll do

• Identify public and private commercial bidding opportunities
• perform material and labor take-offs from plans and site visits
• use estimating software to price scopes
• send bid packages to subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate responses
• prepare cost-to-produce budgets and proposals
• assemble production and accounting budgets for project handoffs
• collaborate with sales, production, and accounting.
