What you'll do

• Assist with supervising utility employees and field operations
• coordinate assignments, crews, equipment, and materials
• assist with water and sewer line, valve, hydrant, meter, manhole, and lift-station work
• respond to leaks, backups, breaks, and service interruptions
• operate or supervise heavy equipment
• inspect work for safety and compliance
• maintain records
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• serve as acting supervisor when assigned.
