The Commercial HVAC Technician role is onsite at the National Museum of the United States Army in Fort Belvoir, VA. Compensation is $45.67 per hour. Coho Construction Management, part of the Copper River Family of Companies, supports client missions and the economic advancement of the Native Village of Eyak. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and optimizes commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems in a secure government facility. The role helps keep mission-critical building systems operating safely and reliably through preventive maintenance, repairs, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC&R systems
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues
• interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals
• operate and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• support boiler, chiller, and stationary equipment operations
• comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• document service work and communicate system conditions.
