What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults
• develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• educate patients about diagnoses and symptom management
• facilitate process, psychoeducational, and skills groups
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists
• participate in treatment meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• coordinate care with families and external providers as appropriate
• provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
• complete clinical documentation.
