What you'll do

• Own formulation development projects for assigned market segments
• guide laboratories on formulation types and validate products against reference formulations
• source reference samples and track project details and timelines
• prepare development documentation and safety data sheets needed for EPA registration
• coordinate samples for GLP, toxicology, and seed safety studies
• confirm inert ingredients are EPA-approved
• coordinate pilot production runs and sourcing strategy
• prepare manufacturing manuals, bills of materials, and product specifications
• facilitate post-pilot testing and update manuals
• support commercialization, change management, quality complaint resolution, cost reduction, alternate ingredient testing, and formulation testing for trait technology listings as needed.
