What you'll do

• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance work according to production needs and staff skills
• arrange equipment, materials, and supplies
• install, relocate, rebuild, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and building systems
• maintain a documented preventive maintenance program
• keep machines and plant areas clean
• coordinate fabrication or modification of equipment
• work with management, engineering, and production to resolve maintenance issues
• purchase tools and materials and maintain supplier records
• supervise and train maintenance personnel
• perform employee evaluations and make personnel recommendations.
