What you'll do

• Manage project planning, permitting, budgets, schedules, construction, and cross-functional teams
• maintain project documentation and reporting
• coordinate platting and regulatory approvals, including NPDES and stormwater requirements
• conduct site visits and inspections
• resolve field issues
• coordinate utilities and project turnovers
• identify and address risks and compliance issues
• support leadership with schedules, documentation, status reports, illustrations, tables, and maps.
