What you'll do

• obtain contractor and vendor bids
• coordinate projects with contractors, property operations, and leadership
• direct contracted project representatives
• inspect work before, during, and after completion
• visit portfolio properties and identify improvements
• report project status and options to senior management
• maintain project documentation
• develop schedules and strategies
• coordinate renovations and major projects with the Executive Vice President of Construction
• manage the project management team and hold vendors accountable for deadlines and quality.
