What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform reception duties
• take and relay messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• prepare meal tickets and tally dining meal counts
• update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, and sign-in logs
• manage resident and family appointments
• maintain an organized desk and entry area
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms
• follow company policies and procedures.
