What you'll do

• Research property ownership histories and foreclosure records
• locate heirs, descendants, officers, trustees, and other potential claimants
• use genealogical databases and public-record research tools
• verify identities and contact information across sources
• prepare research reports
• maintain records in Zoho CRM and other platforms
• collaborate with management, sales, and legal counsel
• stay current on Texas foreclosure and excess-proceeds procedures.
