What you'll do

- maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- provide market intelligence, pricing analysis, and customer research
- evaluate lanes, services, and capacity
- conduct competitor analysis
- prepare business cases, presentations, proposals, and customer materials
- collaborate across operations, sales, finance, and supply chain
- track KPIs and recommend actions
- analyze pricing and financial impacts for contract negotiations
- maintain CRM records and forecasts.
